TBM Ventures LLC ("TBM," "we," "us") operates thebenmount.com. TBM is a marketing and client acquisition company, not a law firm. This site doesn't collect any personal information itself — it only offers two ways to reach us. This policy explains what happens with each.
Emailing us
The "email us directly" links on this site open a standard email addressed to [email protected]. We don't capture anything about that exchange beyond the email itself — there's no form, no server processing, and no analytics involved. We keep business correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary and don't use it for anything beyond replying to you.
Booking a call
The /apply page embeds a booking calendar hosted by Cal.com. When you book a time, Cal.com processes what you enter there — name, email, selected time, and anything else the booking form asks for — under its own privacy policy, not ours. Its embed may also set its own cookies as part of loading and operating that widget.
Cookies and tracking
We don't run analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't set any cookies ourselves. The one exception is the embedded Cal.com booking widget described above, which is governed by Cal.com's policy.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security for anything you send us by email or through a third-party booking page.
Children
This site is intended for business use by law firm personnel. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our service providers change. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
