Overview

This policy covers two things: how we handle information from visitors to this website, and how we handle information that passes through the screening systems we build and run for client law firms. If you're a prospective client firm, this is what to expect. If you're someone who submitted a screening form on a campaign we run for one of our client firms, the "Information from client campaigns" section below applies to you.

Information this website collects

This site does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking scripts, and it does not run any advertising pixels. We don't collect anything automatically when you browse it.

If you click "Book a Strategy Call," you're taken to Cal.com, a third-party scheduling tool, to pick a time and provide your name, email, and whatever you choose to share about your firm. That's governed by Cal.com's own privacy policy, not this one. If you email us directly, we keep that correspondence to respond to you and, if you become a client, to service the engagement.

Information from client campaigns

When we run a case-category campaign for a client law firm, the screening forms we build collect information relevant to that firm's intake: case category, jurisdiction, filing history, contact details, and language preference. That information is collected on behalf of, and for the benefit of, the retaining firm — it is routed to their calendar and their intake process. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with any other firm. It is used only to operate the screening and nurture system described on this site for the firm that collected it.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries, to deliver the services a client firm has contracted for, to route qualified consultations to the correct calendar, and to keep the compliance and billing records the engagement requires.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the service providers necessary to run the system — ad platforms, scheduling and messaging tools (email, SMS, WhatsApp) — each governed by their own privacy terms, and, for campaign leads, with the client firm that the campaign was run for.

Your rights

To access, correct, or request deletion of information we hold about you, email [email protected] . If you submitted a form on a client firm's campaign, we can route that request to the firm as well, since they hold the underlying case relationship.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
